Building upon the use of Methods for literature reviews, we now explore their application in project management. The AI Business Engineer will use Methods to manage the Non-Drug Portfolio of Projects within the Project Management Office, enabling dynamic project status updates and rapid iteration of plans and objectives. This will provide project managers with an efficient way to manage their projects, reducing administrative burdens while aggregating project data for high-level insights.

The project overview Node is the foundation of this approach, encapsulating key project details and context. This Node integrates into various project-related Methods and dynamically updates in response to changes in project goals, methodology, team composition, stakeholders, and others. This ensures all Methods incorporating the project overview Node align with the current project state.

We then combine the Project Overview Node with an AI enabled transcription of a meeting. This is used to automatically generate comprehensive meeting minutes. The resulting Canvas of meeting minutes provides a real-time view of project status and serves as the basis for an interactive dashboard. This dashboard allows stakeholders to explore project progress, identify issues, and make data-driven decisions.

Integrated Methods also support project best practice evaluations, ensuring teams adhere to proven methodologies and industry standards. By incorporating confidence scores, Methods facilitate assessments of project feasibility, risk, and strategic alignment. This helps organizations prioritize their project portfolios and allocate resources effectively.
